my boyfriends baby momma wont let us see his son becuase she says we are sospose to pay half his co-pay and his perscriptions the little boy use to be on medicad when she filled for child support now she as remarried and took it upon herself to put him on her husbands insurance through his job. my boyfriend however doesnt have a job that offers insurance but in the child support papers it says
-insurance is not reasonably available:however, she the obligor obtain medical insurance in teh future, this case maybe reviewed for modification at the request.
-the obligor shall pay 59% of all unreimbursed health expenses in excess of $250 per year per child. The custodian shall assume the cost of the unreimbursed medical expenses up to $250 per year per child.
my boyfriend is the obligor and his babymomma is the custodian
my question is are we sospose to pay half his copays and meds or because she took it upon herself to put him on her husbands insurance and he already pays 350 a month child support .
