Open Question: Can you live in LA on 25k a year?
I am probably moving to LA to get a job as an EMT, I have a motorcycle, so gas isnt a big problem, I am looking for a studio apartment for about $600-800 a month. I found a couple in the panorama city area. Can someone tell me if it is possible for me to afford, health insurance, rent, bike insurance, and phone/internet bills and some other things on 25k a year in Los Angeles county? It seems like alot of people do it, but I'm wondering what life will be like with that pay in such an expensive place. thanks!
