Open Question: Is it normal to have 3 separate periods in one month after not having one for about 5 months?

i am 18 btw and not pregnant (not sexually active so that is not at all related)

so i last had a period in august and then didnt have another one till the begining of decemeber..that one lasted for about 3 days. Then one week later had another one, lasted about 5-6 days. Then I started another a few days ago and I am still on this one. VERY HEAVY BLEEDING.

And I am now very low of energy, and my face is pale, feel very dehydrated (i drink only and a lot of water for the past year) and I am relatively healthy. I excercise regualrly and watch what i eat, so i am sure it cant be related to that either.

Should I be worried? any home treatments. i have no health insurance so i am not going to go to the doctor, i am already in debt for being in college.

Thankyou!!!
