Open Question: Need advice.... Panic attacks at night time?
I know this sounds quite childish since I'm a mother to 4 but I'm petrified to be home alone during the night time. I've suffered from panic attacks for 8 years now and they pretty much went away. After the birth of my daughter 2 months ago my panic attacks have crept up again. My husband works nights so I have to sleep alone which I hate! I start panicking and then I feel dizzy and spaced out. I'm afraid of fainting and not recieving any help. Right now my sinuses are acting up and my ears hurt which is provoking vertigo which doesn't help!!!!! I can't go to the doctor because I don't have health insurance since my husband started a new job. So, I won't have insurance until a year. I have to deal with it which doesn't help because sometimes when I lay down I get dizzy. During the day I feel ok but when night time rolls around my anxiety builds up. Sometimes I'll wake up in tge middle of the night and start panicking. I feel so stupid admitting all this but I really need advice. Does anyone have any advice to relieve my fears? Tips? Thanks!
