Obama wants to fine poor people who do not have health insurance. Costs of health care will continue to rise because of our society. Obama's "Buffet Rule" increases some wealthy peoples' taxes, but does not make cuts to programs for poor people. It seems that Obama wants poor people to vote for him.

As I understand it, Mitt Romney wants to cut programs for poor people and not increase taxes for some wealthy people. Maybe the Mitt Romney Super PAC can spend an additional $1billion for the Romney campaign because some of the wealthy americans do not want their taxes increased.
