Founder and Director of Whole Food Cooking, Jude Blereau, contacted Crooked Brook, makers of "The World's Highest Quality Chef Jackets™" to design, cut, sew and embroider some custom chef coats for her. Jude is the author of three cook books and has been involved with the organic and whole foods industry for more than 18 years. Chef Blereau is a member of The Chefs Collaborative and sits on the board of the Organic Federation of Australia (OFA).
