Open Question: I got bit buy some guy on the train -- My skin is itching and the wound is purple.?

Okay I was on the Portugal rail system at night and some homeless guy was in the other carriage. There was only me and him on the train as it was very late. He has bloodshot eyes and he was struggling to walk, he started groaning at me like he was trying to talk. I think he was drunk. He came up to me and he grabbed me, and bit my shoulder. I managed to push him off and get of the train (as it was still stationary at the time). It's been 2 days now and the bite mark is purple and very sore. I now have a grey/pink rash all over my hands and feet and it's constantly itching.
I'd go the the hospital but I don't currently have health insurance and I can't afford to gain any more debt. I feel weak and it's hard to concentrate.
Anyone know what could be wrong?
