 | I briefly explain my belief that we individuals can become members of health care system's through subscriptions that will cost less than individual insurance today. These hospital and their allied care partnerships would then insure, as an organization, against any unexpected cost burden in a particular year. The healthcare provider then becomes a more direct customer of the insurance company and the public is a more direct customer of the health care systems.
