Open Question: My brother is a bum..what should my parents do?

My brother is 22 years old and lives at home with my parents. He graduated from a really prestigious university last year and had majored in something quite useless. Now, he claims he can't find a job. I see "Help wanted" signs everywhere. He feels like everything is "below" him. He's been "looking" over a year and has not been able to find any sort of job. My parents forced him to take classes at our local community college so that he can qualify for a master's program. Again, he was basically threatened. He's actually doing well in his classes, but has not inquired into a single master's program or the GRE. He thinks that there is something wrong with him medically, yet there hasn't been a single doctor who has been able to diagnose anything. I have diagnosed it as "spoiled brat syndrome". He spends my parents money going to chiropractors, therapists, and holistic health doctors. I wonder what's going to happen once the health insurance runs out as he's covered by my father's policy. When my mom approaches him about perhaps getting a job or getting his own place..he starts yelling at her and storms out the door walking barefoot around our neighborhood. Then, my parents go out looking for him. Finally, they manage to bring him home. They don't have the heart to kick him out. He doesn't want to take any initiative in his life. I wonder if he will be a bum forever. I really want him to do something with his life..what to do?
