Open Question: Why do the Obamanites compare the individual mandate with auto insurance?
It's so funny to see you Obamanites flailing around trying to justify this obviously unconstitutional law. Not everyone needs car insurance because everyone doesn't drive, so that's why it's OK to demand that all drivers have auto insurance, because if you don't want to purchase it, you can just not drive. It's the same with healthcare. Not everyone needs healthcare. Yes, there are some people who NEVER EVER need to go to the hospital throughout their life. From infancy until death, they never need any shots or medicines. They are born perfectly healthy and die peacefully at an old age in their home. So you see, people who get sick at some point in their lives are the only ones who need health insurance, and if you don't get sick, you don't need to buy it. Forcing everyone to purchase something (even those who don't participate in being sick), is not the same as auto insurance.
