Open Question: 1st no gluten, now no dairy - still always feel sick - HELP please?

3 years ago i found i was gluten intolerant, took me a while to adjust but felt better for quite a while. I then started feeling sick again and after another long while ended up cutting out dairy - that made me feel a lot better again for a while. Have cut both out for a year and now i'm starting to get it all over again.
Since it originally started in 2008 I have had about 5 blood tests - i have also had coeliac test (camera down one end and up the other) every single test comes back and tells me i have no intolerance to anything!
i'm now in Australia after being in NZ. i have seen a new doc here (4th since it started) and he (like the others) dosn't seem to be any help what so ever. I would like to get health insurance so i can see some decent doctors or specialists but I know they wont help me with anything if its to do with my guts as it is a pre existing condition.
I am so unbelievably sick of feeling sick and having no energy at all and its starting to make me feel very down - it affects sooo many aspects of my life and have had enough!
I don't know where to start (again) or how i should go about it
if anyone can offer advice on either problems it would be great
