Open Question: How long can I wait until a doctor is absolutely necisary?

So I dont have health insurance yet and i am very concerned. I have many symptoms that sujjest there is a serious problem with my health. I have one eye with a pupil that is constantly more dialated and a droopy eyelid. I get migraines regularly and have severe pain in my shoulder blade and neck all the time. I've been having issues with seeing bugs places where they arent, I know that I'm imagining them because I saw and felt one on my hand once and then it was gone- and every time I look away for a second they dissapear. Im having concentration issues and breathing problems. all of the pain issues are only inone side of my head/body. I'm getting very worried. is it worth spending a day at the county hospital to get checked out? And what should I ask them to check while Im there, because in the past they've failed to find any issues with x rays.
I have suffered repeated blows to the head in a couple instances during a very bad period of my life. I was never examined or treated for any injury though.
